Here are the steps to enable cookies on most PC browsers. If your browser version is not listed here, please refer to your browser help for assistance. To enable cookies:

For Microsoft Internet Explorer 6.0 or higher
  1. Choose Tools > Internet Options from the top menu.
  2. Click on the 'Privacy' tab.
  3. Make sure this setting is 'Medium' or lower, or use the 'Default' setting button.
  4. Click 'Ok' to save.

For Microsoft Internet Explorer 5.x

  1. Choose Tools > Internet Options from the top menu.
  2. Click on the Security tab.
  3. Click the 'Custom Level'
  4. Scroll down to the section heading, 'Cookies'
  5. To enable cookies:
  6. Click 'Allow cookies that are stored on your computer' to 'Enable.
  7. Click 'Allow per-session cookies' to 'Enable'.
  8. Click 'Ok' to save.

For Netscape 7.1 / Mozilla 5.0

  1. Choose Edit > Preferences from the top menu.
  2. Click on the arrow next to 'Privacy & Security' in the scrolling window to expand.
  3. Under 'Privacy & Security', select 'Cookies'.
  4. Select 'Enable all cookies'.
  5. Click 'Ok' to save.
